Stephen is a top performing Mortgage Agent. He is a 25 year banker and has grown his business based on a system of transparency, honesty, strong communication, tested and proven processes. He boasts over $700,000,000 in mortgages funded over ten years, has a full time assistant, and has three in-house real estate firm offices he has relationships with as their preferred mortgage provider. He was in the top 20% nationally of mortgage professionals at the bank he worked at. He is asked to speak at functions, conferences, and meeting often. He speaks on the topics of market updates, brand development, and building accountability & goals.
He is also a retired award-winning volleyball coach. Stephen started and ran the first House League program in the Waterloo Region. The program blossomed from the onset growing at a high pace. Green not only coached many successful club teams (more on that later), but also founded the initially successful Mini & Pee Wee programs and Beach programs. Both of these programs are now the foundation of that club. Mini & Pee Wees went from approximately 30 young JKs to grade 3’s per night to well over 60 per night and over two days a week! With all of this, where Stephen has most excelled is in his coaching of competitive club teams. He was the first coach in a major club's history to feature a top four finish at Volleyball Canada National Championships (Div I, Tier I) in 2012 with his 17U Girls team. Over his career, he has had only finished out of the top 5 once in Ontario when coaching an age category of 15U and older. Other highlights include a bronze medal in 2004 in the 15U Div I, Tier I Provincial Championships and countless medals throughout OVA competition.
Personally, Stephen is married, has two grown children, and two furry children named Petey and Lenny. He lives with his family in beautiful Kitchener Ontario Canada. Stephen and his wife are real estate investors with residential rental properties and an airBNB.
