My wife and I had a long road to buy our home in this volatile recent house market. It took us over a year and we worked closely with Mathieu to make sure we had our documents in order for our pre approval and our locked mortgage rate. We were in contact with Mathieu throughout the year to either update our file or to lock our new mortgage rate. He even proposed to get a rate that would be capped after the 3 month and 6 month period even if the mortgage market rates increased significantly. After finally getting an accepted offer, Mathieu helped us to complete our file and finish the process with the bank.
